Available life jacket sizes: Infant (8-30 lbs), child small (30-50 lbs), child medium (50-90 lbs), adult M, adult L, adult XXL You may bring your own life jackets, paddle boards, and kayaks if you prefer.
We encourage large groups. The more people you include, the more fun you will have, and the better value the venue will be per person. (If you have 20 persons attending, the pricing comes to $5 per person per hour.) If you have planned on more than 50 persons, please contact us by email to inquire. Dogs are allowed.

Mountain Point Lake & Hot Spring Private Rental Experience

Our rental experience includes a private 2-story dock that rests on a 5 acre lake, as well as a natural hot spring pond. Other activities include Kayaking, paddle boarding, and sunbathing . Our water is full of natural minerals and will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. We encourage large groups including office parties, team building, family reunions, scouting & sports groups, birthday parties, and other special occasions. Come enjoy a soak in the hot springs on a private lake setting.
